NFLCC 50th Anniversary National Lure Show – Fort Wayne, Indiana
The National Fishing Lure Collectors Club (NFLCC) held its Annual National Lure Show on July 9–11, 2026, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the club’s founding in 1976.
This milestone event featured more than 350 show tables and 80 outstanding collection display tables, showcasing an incredible variety of vintage fishing lures and tackle. Before the show officially opened, members enjoyed plenty of fellowship, trading, and reconnecting with old friends, setting the tone for a memorable weekend.
The display room was exceptional, with several new awards presented to recognize the outstanding collections on exhibit. The displays certainly did not disappoint and reflected the passion and dedication of NFLCC members.
Friday night’s Survivorship Auction was another tremendous success. Members had the opportunity to bid on many rare and desirable pieces of fishing tackle, allowing these special items to find new homes in collections across the country. The NFLCC Survivorship Program helps the families of deceased members receive the best possible return on their loved one’s collection, with the auction proceeds going directly to the surviving family members.
This year’s National was widely regarded as one of the best in several years. Attendance was strong, with member-vendors and collectors alike enjoying a weekend filled with buying, selling, trading, and sharing their knowledge of the hobby.
The NFLCC’s 50th Anniversary National truly captured what our hobby is all about—fun, fellowship, lasting friendships, and a shared passion for collecting vintage fishing lures.
Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make this milestone event such a success. We look forward to seeing everyone again at next year’s National!
