Well, folks, last week I told you I was going to have a product promotion, and I reckon today is the day to turn that chicken loose.
I’m calling this one FALL.
That’s right… FALL, Y’ALL!
And one lucky person is going to win this carving set, complete with a carving knife and carving fork. And if you’re not local, don’t worry about having to hitch up the mule and come to Pikeville. I’ll ship it to you FREE, wherever you happen to be.
There’s only TWO things you have to do to get your name in the hat:
1. Like this post.
2. Follow my page.
That’s it. No jumping through hoops, no sending me your firstborn, and you don’t even have to know how to cook a turkey.
Now, I used to ask folks to share these posts, too, and I’d still appreciate it if you do. The more folks who see it, the more likely I am to pick up a new customer or two.
But Facebook has apparently decided that keeping up with who shared something is none of our business. All I can see is a number telling me how many times it was shared. I don’t know if Aunt Betty shared it, the neighbor down the holler shared it, or somebody’s cousin’s brother-in-law shared it.
So I’m keeping it simple. LIKE the post and FOLLOW my page.
I’ll draw the winner on September 22, the first day of fall. Entries will close at midnight September 21.
And that ought to give you plenty of time to get ready for Thanksgiving and Christmas, because before you know it, there’ll be a turkey sitting on the table and somebody standing there with a knife saying, “Who knows how to carve this thing?”
