🚨 BIG NEWS IN THE ARCHERY INDUSTRY 🚨

Mathews Archery has officially transitioned to 100% employee ownership through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

That means the people who help design, build, manufacture, market and support Mathews products now have a direct ownership stake in the company.

Founder Matt McPherson remains CEO and Chief Engineer, so this represents a change in ownership structure—not the end of the leadership and vision that built Mathews into one of the biggest names in archery.

A pretty unique move for one of the industry’s most recognizable bow manufacturers.

What do you think about Mathews becoming employee-owned?
