A moment for Back to School🍎
My daughter was so excited about her little first day board and filling out the questions. She picked out her cute fit and shoes and was ready to go💁🏼‍♀️

How do you prepare for back to school?? Do you do a new clothes and shoes for the year or for the warmer months then shop again when it gets cooler??

Are you missing your babes or happy for them to get back to school? Or a little of both🥰

Sickness is upon us 🤒😷 back to school always means more germs🦠
These are some things I like and use for my family!

The GSE (grapefruit seed extract) is MAGIC🪄
You can use it as a daily supplement, but I like to use it “as needed”.
Adults can do 10 drops, 1-3x a day.
Kids 5 and older can do 3 drops, 1-2x a day.

When I am feeling sick, traveling, or when I know there’s going to be more exposure than normal (like back to school) I do 10 drops, 3x a day for a handful of days. I also add a probiotic once a day when I’m using this much.
💫 Heads up, it is disgusting 😂 so I do the drops in some orange juice and chug the juice.

The immune boost I use for my daughter. It’s for ages 2 and older. She takes one dropper full a day before brushing her teeth in the morning. And it taste great, she takes it right from the dropper, but you can mix with food or drink.
I love this because it has:
•nature-sourced ingredients
•gentle formulas
•no additives or fillers
•liquid formula
•no tummy pain!

Also I’d like the point out that my amazing mom had GSE in our home growing up and always told me to take it when I was feeling sick, but it was so gross I never wanted to. As an adult, a friend told me about the 10 drops 3x a day and mixing with orange juice (game changer). Moral of the story. Listen to your mom😂
