Title: Part-Time Front Counter & Social Media Assistant (Pine Bush, NY)
Compensation: $14.00 / hour base pay + performance-based commission (Earn up to $18.00+/hour on targets)
Hours: Tuesday through Friday | 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Saturday | 1:00 PM - 5 PM (20 hours/week total)
Job Description: Local electronics repair shop is seeking a motivated, tech-savvy Front Counter and Social Media Assistant. This position is perfect for an outgoing individual, college student, or high school senior looking to combine customer service with digital marketing during our regular business hours.
Core Responsibilities: Managing customer intake, processing diagnostic fees, and handling checkout via our Square POS system. Answering the business phone line and responding to routine customer status inquiries.
Social Media Expansion: Photographing repair transitions, creating daily content, and actively engaging local Pine Bush/Orange County community groups to drive new intake traffic. Maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and professionalism of the front lobby storefront.
Commission Structure:Base pay is supplemented by a direct commission structure tied to social media conversion, intake volume growth, and accessory upsales.
