I've made some beautiful little Lemon & Mascarpone Mousse Cakes for you all this week! This little beauty has layers of vanilla bean buttermilk cake, filled with tart lemon curd and whipped, lightly sweetened mascarpone mousse. It's topped with a little edible flower and a chocolate bumblebee. ❤️😎🌻🐝

Good Morning Everyone! I have been busy baking away. This week, while supplies last you can find these gorgeous 2 person shareable Triple Chocolate Tortes!
These sexy little desserts start with 3 layers of Chocolate Buttermilk Cake. In between is a fluffy, made from scratch Chocolate Mousse, and the whole thing is bathed in Semisweet Chocolate Ganache Mirror Glaze!
