Bourn Adventure Adventure-based travel company who specializes in documenting our experiences all over the world. In fact, we want to start a new chapter!

Bourn Adventure is a veteran owned and operated business based in Southern Louisiana. We focus on traveling this beautiful country of ours and sharing the adventures with you. We also sell some rad stickers, patches, and t-shirts, if you are into that kind of thing. Bourn Adventure started as Bakes FJ which was a small business built around our 2012 Toyota FJ Cruiser. While owning the FJ, we trave

led to all lower 48 states and parts of Canada, attended several off road events and met thousands of people. Our Toyota FJ Cruiser was simply named "The FJ" and gained popularity in the off-road community due to our travels, pictures and a few silly videos we put out. Sadly, the FJ was totaled in January 2017 after I put her belly up on a snow covered road in Oregon. Ashlie and I decided we did not want the roll over to be the end of our story or the end of Bakes FJ. Bourn Adventure is just that. The name has changed, but the adventure remains the same! One of the definitions for Bourn is, "a goal or destination." We figured that paired well with our adventurous spirit and desire to share experiences with others. To date, we estimate we have traveled about 70,000 miles just on road trips. Our main hope and goal with Bourn Adventure is to encourage people to get out there and explore, then share their stories with others. The world is a large place, and life is short. Together, we can accomplish much more than we ever could alone.

🇺🇸 We had an amazing 250 year birthday celebration here at the Bourn Adventure HQ! Before the 4th of July party kicked off, we did a little Freedom Range Day here on the property with Intuitive Defense.

This was one for the books and we can’t wait to write another page with next years party. 🇺🇸

If you enjoy shooting, this Pistol Range Book might be right up your alley!

For a while now we have been working on developing a range game (previously called NOOB) that morphed into what we now call the A.I.M.M. Training System.

The Advanced Individual Marksmanship and Manipulation (A.I.M.M.) Training System is comprised of a fi***rm specific (pistol) Range Book that has nearly 200 shooting challenges that are designed to work on specialized paper targets.

Challenges focus on important shooter skills like reloads, correcting malfunctions, strong hand/support hand only shooting, moving, unconventional shooting techniques, and much more. Challenges range from Easy Skill Level to Difficult Skill Level.

We have our first few test print copies of the Pistol Range Book, which will be the first one in the series and will be available for purchase very soon.

Our goal is to have a series of Range Books available, starting with Pistol later this week, R***e/PCC later this year, Pistol and R***e together at the beginning of next year, and Concealed Carry after that.

Each Range Book will also have three built in, competitive Game Modes (NOOB, Point Shootout, and Hit Factor) so you can test your skills against other shooters.

The A.I.M.M. Training System is a unique, fun, and beneficial way to conduct fi***rms training, either individually or as a group!

Before the event, she tirelessly worked to make product by packaging hundreds of stickers and patches.
