Dear Friends,

It is with a heavy heart that I share the news that the doors of The Calico Cat Quilt Shop have closed. This was not at all an easy decision, and I am deeply sorry that I will no longer be able to be there for you in the same way I have been these past five years. Each of you has been such a blessing to me, and I will forever treasure the memories we created together — the conversations, the laughter, the inspiration, and the joy of seeing your projects come to life.

While the shop doors are closed, please know that you will never be forgotten. The friendships and community we built together are far more enduring than walls or shelves of fabric. For five wonderful years, I was honored to serve this community of quilters and fiber artists, and I carry every moment of that with gratitude, knowing I’ve been blessed beyond measure.

I believe that this is not the end, but simply that there is a new season ahead. Our Heavenly Father has a path for each of us, and I trust that new doors will open in His time for us all. I don’t yet know what the future looks like for The Calico Cat Quilt Shop or me, but I know the journey is not over.

For now, this is a pause. I’ve always been a little unpredictable, so you can never quite count me out. So, stay tuned and see what happens next.

Thank you, from the very bottom of my heart, for five years of support, encouragement, and love. May this not be good-bye forever, but simply good-bye for now. God Bless you.
