Welcoming our first blooms of dahlia ‘KAs Cinder Rose’ in a whimsical summer arrangement in this adorable little urn I just brought home from the Paris flea market rom my new friends .antiques

I love this soft blushy combination for a sideboard or entry table. It feels light and simple, like the dinners I’m craving in this heat.

Looking forward to fall colors in this cute little vessel.

I spent a week in Europe this summer working with flowers - selecting stems, working on design principles and immersed in the aesthetic.

It was the trip of a lifetime, staying in a century-old chateau, working alongside other designers and refreshing my memory of favorite gardens in Paris.

I’m bringing home new ideas and inspiration and a few market treasures.

I’m so glad I went but was thrilled to hear “welcome home”. Now I can’t wait to get back out in the flower fields and see what new floral magic we can create.

Thank you for the inspiration and memories that will last a lifetime. 💕

My fall wedding bouquets don’t start with a trip to the wholesaler. They start with a blank slate in my field.

We tear out summer. Not because summer isn’t beautiful, but because fall is too. We start fresh with new varieties, new colors and a new vibe.

Seasonal NC wedding flowers are a bit different. But we think they are worth it.

One of my favorite moments from Lillie's wedding wasn't a grand installation or a room full of flowers.

It was her bouquet.

She wanted something that felt like a romantic spring garden. We started with her pastel pink color palette and paired those ideas with the best of what was blooming here on the farm in May: fresh peonies, fluffy ranunculus and cute garden phlox.

The result wasn't just a beautiful bouquet. It felt like it belonged to her season, her place, and her celebration. And it accompanied her through all the sweet moments of the day.

What's the first flower you notice in the bouquet?

For me, it's the phlox. Not the biggest, but maybe the biggest heart.
