Mullein is such a great herb to have on hand for all of us that were inhaling smoke from the Canada wildfires recently as it has lots of great benefits for the respiratory system! And while I wish I had made this sooner, better now than never right? Haha

So now I’ll give this tincture 6-8 weeks to infuse and then I’ll strain it and take it to help my lungs heal from any smoke inhalation or whenever I’m sick!
