A Call for District 9 Business & Organizational Unity

Rafiq Brookins of Jamil’s Global Village, Inc. is humbly calling upon the businesses, non-profit organizations, community organizations, and leaders of Pittsburgh’s District 9 to come together under Project Prosper.

Our goal is simple:

To unite our collective resources, relationships, knowledge, and economic strength so that we can help create greater stability, opportunity, and prosperity for all of our businesses and organizations.

Instead of struggling separately, let’s work together.

Project Prosper will provide a foundation for us to identify common challenges, share resources, pursue funding and opportunities, support one another, develop collaborative projects, and build a stronger economic future for District 9.

This is not about one organization controlling another. Every organization remains independent while participating in a larger network of cooperation and solidarity.

LET’S BUILD OUR PLAN FOR POWER TOGETHER!

Our first step is simply to come together, introduce ourselves, share our needs and capabilities, and begin developing the plan collectively.

District 9 is stronger when we stand together.

❤️ A Heartfelt Message from Jamil’s Global Village ❤️

Jamil’s is reaching out to our community during an important and urgent time when some additional support would mean a great deal to us.

We’ve created a GoFundMe to help us through this moment, and we’re simply sharing our story with our community and those who may wish to stand with us.

If you’re able and would like to contribute, we sincerely appreciate it. Donations can be made through either of the options below:

💚 GoFundMe:

💚 Cash App:

And perhaps one of the most meaningful ways you can help is simply by SHARING THIS POST.

📲 Please consider sharing it across Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and other social media platforms. Share it with your friends, family, coworkers, community organizations, and anyone who may want to learn more about what Jamil’s is working toward.

You never know who might see it, who might share it again, or where that one share could lead.

This is an opportunity for our community to come together and help us reach more people.

Thank you for your support, your encouragement, your prayers, and especially for helping us spread the word. ❤️

With gratitude,

Jamil’s Global Village 🌍❤️

Soursop really is a heartfelt gift from nature, and when we talk about its benefits, we’re talking about something as genuine as sharing a bit of natural goodness. Sweet, tangy power house for health. Swing by and grab some!

Imagine being so wealthy that your generosity crashes entire economies. In 1324, Mansa Musa of the Mali Empire embarked on a pilgrimage that would change history forever. He gave away so much gold in Cairo that it took 12 years for the economy to recover. This wasn't just a journey. It was a display of power and wealth so extreme that Europe had to redraw their maps to acknowledge an African empire they'd never imagined existed.
