The fullness of the season. 🌿

August in the garden is a little wild, a little overgrown, and completely alive.

Tomatoes are sprawling, herbs are overflowing, dahlias are beginning to bloom, and everywhere I look there’s something growing.

I used to think the prettiest garden was the perfectly tidy one. Now I think it might be this — a garden that has settled into itself.

This is late summer at Dahlia Gardens. 🤎

There’s a point in August when the garden begins to feel completely full.

The tomatoes are sprawling, the herbs have filled in, the foliage is deep and green, and the dahlias are finally beginning to make their appearance.

It isn’t the tidy, fresh garden of spring anymore.

It’s abundant. A little wild. And very much alive.

This is the fullness of the season — and I think it might be my favorite part. 🌿

We’ve been a little quiet around here… but definitely not still. 🌿

There’s been a lot happening behind the scenes at Dahlia Gardens Botanicals.

New vessels are arriving, fragrances are being tested, the studio is coming together, and I’ve been working on a whole new season of products.

This next chapter of Dahlia Gardens feels a little different — slower, more intentional, and much more like the business I want to create now.

And yes… fall is starting to smell VERY good around here. 🍂

I can’t wait to start showing you what I’ve been working on.
