14 years in the making, Uncle Jammy’s Sauces and Rubs is the machination of a guy who bounced like a roomba from kitchen to kitchen. Starting off as The Smokey City’s 412 BBQ, creating small batches of wing sauce made with creativity in mind and some pretty high

standards and some unique flavor profiles. But in the air was the idea to create a line of sauces and rubs with all natural ingredients, preservative free, and keeping community in mind. These core values grew into something more significant and produced a cult following. The Sauces have been spun off into Uncle Jammy's Sauces and Rubs. But the standards stayed the same. And the desire to increase the level of creativity in the industry, push beyond those limits, and keep it natural and preservative free continued to grow. Unique formulations, relationship building, commitment to a high level of versatility, it’s all there in the customer experience.
