Why we’re holding off on Mums just a bit longer… 🍂🌼 Your fall favorites will be making an appearance soon.

We know everyone is getting excited to decorate, and trust us—we are too! But if you’ve noticed we don't have our fall favorites out just yet, there’s a very good reason for it.

Mums love crisp, cool autumn weather. When mums are put out during a late-summer heatwave, the high heat forces their buds to bloom prematurely. Heat speeds up the flowering process, causing the blooms to fade quickly and shortening the life of the plant. ☀️

We hold off on bringing in our main crop until the heat breaks so that you get tight, healthy buds that will open at the right time—giving you vibrant, long-lasting color that carries you all the way through fall! 🍁💛
