She is able to earn fair wages working reasonable hours in a safe workspace, as opposed to many others in the area of extreme poverty in India where she lives. There, vulnerable women are often exploited in sweatshops where they are paid unfair wages, work unreasonable hours, and their workshop can be unsafe.
