Thank you everyone for your support! We appreciate the community feedback, and all the comments and shares to help shine light to upcoming changes. Since there are more questions, we would like to drop some links, screenshots, and extra info to clarify our previous post.

This is the Attorney General's website for the approved ENDS directory under Act 57.

This shows the approved list of products, which are Naked100 e-juices, Juul devices and pods, Vuse (Alto, Solo, Vibe), BlueNine Cross Bar, NJoy, e Cig 4 Inmate. There are zero refillable pod systems, sub ohm tanks, mods, or popular disposables like Geek Bars and Lost Mary that appear on that list. That would classify those products as illegal contraband which would ban sale and importing of those products, punishable by $1,500 per day in fines.

There is also a pending list that is waiting for approval. That list includes Coastal Cloud, Pacha Mama, Juice Head, V**etasia and some other e liquid flavors we do not sell currently like Su***de Bunny. There is a chance they will be approved but are currently still banned past Oct 19.
