Good morning - looks like another beautiful day. For those of you who have tomorrow off, the temp is forecast to be near 70! Enjoy these days while we can.
Jen M brought some Halloween 3 D printed items to Local. The bats are really interesting with the jointed wings. And of course she brought more ghosts and pumpkin people.
We have flower bouquets available at Local - fall special - $18 for a bouquet and $6 for a single flower with baby's breath. A great gift to brighten someone's day.
Our shelves are filled to the brim!! Great selections available. Some of our artisans have started bringing in items for Christmas as we've had a number of people shopping for Christmas gifts. Shop early for the best selection.

Happy Friday! Leslie restocked her oil lamps at Local yesterday - a number of new designs. Each lamp comes with the oil - we package the oil separately in a bottle so it is easier to transport as well as include in a gift bag. These lamps are basically new versions of the old fashioned hurricane lamps. They are really pretty when they are burning.
Sharon brought more more fall and Halloween painted wood decor to Local. Check out the haunted house - what a masterpiece!
Lots of new items have been arriving this week. You'll never know what you missed if you don't stop by and check out the new items when they arrive at Local!

Morning all! For those of you who have been collecting the gnomes that Tara brings to Local, here are some new ones that came to Local yesterday. Her frankengnome is a brand new creation this year.

A big thank you to John from Moonshine Stills, my neighbor at the other end of the building. Take a look at the Local sign above my shop. It was looking a bit old and faded, and John surprised me and made it look brand new!!

Good morning on this nippy morning! Just a bit cold this morning.
We have a fall special at Local. Bouquets of flowers are $18 and a single flower with baby's breath is $6. A nice way to brighten up someone's day. Note - we are unable to deliver flowers..
Tara, Bees and Trees Farm, will be delivering her fresh baked goods today. Sandy will be delivering fresh flowers this afternoon.

Good morning all! Lisa N, Grateful Granola by Lisa, stopped in Local and brought freshly made granola, gluten free cookies, and some pumpkin breads. Some of her new granola flavors include mango coconut, chocolate cherry almond, and maple pecan blueberry. She actually roasts the pumpkin that she uses in her breads - no store bought canned pumpkin! She's redesigned her labels - they are so much brighter and eye catching! Nice job, Lisa!

Here are the flavors of the sourdough breads that Tara can make for Wednesday - cinnamon raisin, tomato feta, tomato basil, Italian herb, caramelized onion, bacon chive, jalapeno, everything, garlic basil, roasted garlic rosemary, and plain. She does not bring all of these flavors every week but will fill advance orders and have them there on Wednesday. It doesn't mean you have to pick up on Wednesday. I have a couple of people who do not pick up until Friday due to their schedules.

Looks like a return to fall weather today. A great day to get out and enjoy the nice weather!
We have some homemade chocolate fudge and peanut butter fudge available at Local today. The fudge is packaged in small containers. I had a customer tell me that she tried freezing the fudge so she wouldn't eat it all at once. She said that didn't really work too well. She kept going into the freezer and eating it frozen!!
Tara, Bees and Trees Farm, will be bringing fresh cookies today. Those chocolate chip cookies are so good that I sold out on Thursday! We will have oatmeal raisin, lemon, pumpkin spice, and chocolate chip cookies available. Her cookies are giant and they are only $2 each.
A reminder that you can reserve bread by, messaging me so I can put it aside for you. I'll post the different flavors in tomorrow's post. I have a few customers who put in weekly orders so they won't be disappointed if they come and we are sold out of the bread they want.

Good morning all! Welcome to October - this year is moving way too fast.
Monika brought some bottles of her newest product to Local yesterday. Winni Foot has been formulated to help with dry feet. You can find this on the shelf with her other skin care products.
Lots of new things to see at Local. Our artisans are stocking the shelves with holiday items. Great choices for the perfect gift for any occasion.
I've had a few people that were concerned that the bear on the truck was stolen. Not stolen - he's been moved - see if you can find where he is!

Happy Wednesday! One of the Lisas (there are multiple Lisas at Local!) brought in some new baby loveys. What a unique gift this would make for a baby shower gift! And don't forget that we even have gift bag sets at Local so no need to go looking for a bag, tissue paper, or card - one stop shopping!
Tara, Bees and Trees Farm, will be bringing fresh bread, scones, and cookies. I've heard comments that the bread is too big to eat in one week. I advise customers to slice it and freeze the individual slices so you can take out only what you will use that day.

Have a great day - looks like some warmer temps for a few days.

How many times did you get woken up by the wind last night?!! It was pretty wild last night but it looks like it will be much calmer this afternoon.
Jen brought some Halloween cards to Local. We have plenty of scones, cookies, and breads available today. For those of you who usually buy Tara's bread at the Gilmanton Farmers Market, you can get her bread at Local today (as the market was canceled today). There are a couple of flower bouquets and single flower wraps available today.
And now to welcome Dianna to Local. She creates pebble art pictures. They are really unique. I've placed them in various spots in the shop. She is also willing to fill custom orders. Just visit Local to place an order.
Local is bursting at the seams with the creativity of our NH artisans! We have so many unique gifts from which to choose and many of our artisans will work with you to fill custom orders. I am so fortunate to have the work of such a talented group of people!
