I am so thankful today and feeling so blessed~ today was the first day of a new market, and my first time running two full size markets in the same morning. I made 117 loaves of bread, 48 cinnamon rolls, 64 scones, and 16 slices of coffee cake, and y’all sold out Placerville in 2 hours and El Dorado Hills in 4. I feel so lucky to live the life I dreamed of for so long, with my partner and amazing supportive (and patient!) family. Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart, and I can’t wait to bake for you all again next week 🩷🙏🏻

I have some really big news!!! Starting this Saturday, I will also be at the Town Center, El Dorado Hills farmers market!

The market is from 9am-2pm, and you can also preorder to pick up at that market too~ link is in my bio!

Get your favorite, fresh baked sourdough breads, bagels, and sweets for Saturday September 5! Pick up at the farm stand on Dickinson/Stope in Mosquito (30 minutes North of Placerville) from 8am-6pm, or at the Placerville Farmers Market at 344 Placerville Drive from 8am-11am.

I’ve held off as long as I can, but I’m just too excited for fall! Now offering the fan favorite pumpkin scones~ soft and buttery, drizzled in vanilla icing.

I’ll also be making classic sourdough bagels and everything sourdough bagels~ slow fermented with a lightly crisp crust and chewy inside.

Finish your morning with a little sweet treat~ Biscoff cinnamon rolls swirled with our signature brown sugar cinnamon filling and cookie butter, topped with our classic vanilla frosting, a drizzle of cookie butter, and a Biscoff cookie!

Pick up at the farm stand in Mosquito on Dickinson/Stope or pick up at the Saturday morning Placerville Drive Farmers Market from 8am-11am!

We have some new sweets on the menu- Biscoff (cookie butter) cinnamon rolls and wild blackberry and lemon mini scones, made with blackberries from our farm. 💟🍋

Please order by Friday evening at the latest (but the earlier the better!!) so I can make sure to have your order set aside for Saturday morning! Comment below or send me a pm to reserve your goodies! 🍞💝

Hi y’all! At the market on Saturday, it became abundantly clear that folks were wanting something specific and they sold out quickly. So I’m now offering preorders for both market pick up AND farm stand pick up in Mosquito (45 minutes from Placerville, for those who aren’t neighbors!).

I wanted to make an introduction post for all the new faces!

My name is Jamae, and I’m a mother of two boys, baker, aspiring farmer, and partner to my better half, Shawn.

I began baking more seriously when our oldest was born because I was shocked at the long lists in seemingly simple foods. I started baking for us, then my neighbors, then for the whole neighborhood in Mosquito/Swansboro, and now at the farmers market!

I’m so grateful that I get to be a full time stay at home mom while baking all my market offerings fresh and from scratch.

Thank you to everyone who has supported our little family and I can’t wait to see what this year holds ❤️🙏🏻🌸
