A piece of history made into art!
Happy Independence Day! 🇺🇸
Today feels like the perfect day to share one of my favorite creations.
This antique arched window came from a pre-Civil War home, where it quietly witnessed generations of American history. Rather than allowing it to disappear, I carefully restored it and transformed it into a one-of-a-kind botanical art piece while preserving every bit of its character and soul.
I often wonder about the families who looked through this very window...the celebrations, the seasons, and the stories it silently witnessed over more than a century.
Creating pieces like this is why I started Timeless Layers—to preserve history while giving it a beautiful new chapter.
