Marlin Model 97 restoration. I shot it yesterday. Probably the first time in a very long time. It was a customer’s grandfather’s gun. All rusted and locked up. New life!!

Took an old Re*****on model 11 and made myself a “Whippet”. Cut down barrel to 18 1/2” shortened stock, added magazine tube to hold 7+1. Clyde Barrow special !!
