Sometimes life presents you with unexpected opportunities. That’s what happened 5 years ago when, along with my father in law, Ron Tedrow, we became the proprietors of one of Indiana’s favorite antique malls. It’s been an incredible honor to be a part of ‘World Famous’ Gilley’s. We are truly grateful for the continued support of our incredible dealer partners and that of our wonderful customers. I’ve made so many great friends and created many lifelong relationships. Being open 7 days a week can be challenging but there’s never been a day when I didn’t want to be there. They say if you are doing something you love it’s not really work and I guess that’s true. And although the mall has been in Plainfield for almost 40 years there’s always something new to see. If you haven’t been to Gilley's Antique Mall in a while (or maybe never) we’re having a July 4th/anniversary sale this weekend. And with dealer specific discounts throughout the mall there’s never been a better time to come and shop for treasures.

Today was a special day as we welcomed the ladies from the Morgan County Monday Afternoon Art Club. These wonderful women gather monthly (btw, the club started over 100 years ago) for fellowship, professional and cultural engagement, and, of course, lunch. We were very excited and grateful that they chose ‘World Famous’ Gilley’s as one of their monthly destinations. Thanks again ladies, come back anytime. 🙏❤️
