Follow us for updates and offers!! Chettiar family are the bona fide silk saree weavers who do the job religiously. Devangas silk waving families are at the pinnacle of trust and credibility when it comes to silk sarees. Our credibility is the loyalty of the lovers of silk sarees who are our loved ones. Shashwath means everlasting. Our commitment and the relationship with the weavers and the lover of sarees is our USP. ShashwathSilks by Ramya brings these stories that begin from south India to the other side of the globe in American continent. Fragrance of silk and looms is carried by each saree. The weavers produce incredibly graceful sarees for ‘she’, the story written by God. ShashwathSilks is a brand by Hash Expressions LLC located in Illinois. We are pure Silk Saree manufacturers and wholesalers back in Salem,TamilNadu India. SS by Ramya supports many weaving families in and around TamilNadu with handlooms and power looms. ShashwathSilks is indeed a heritage business of Devanga Chettiar family. Devangas are weavers. In fact, today many families have chosen other professions. Yet there are a whole lot of weaving families who live on daily wages and honor their looms. After executing the business for 30 years, Mr Mallichetty Chettiar retired and now the business is taken over by Ramya Nagarajaiah (daughter in law) reaching the USA markets and is known well for silk sarees in the Chicago area. We have had over 1000 customers in 3 years and happy to serve them all and we thank them for the support they have given to us.
