Delivery Courier
Delivery Courier
Shine Delivery is a Start Up Social Equity business, owned and operated by Local Massachusetts natives without any outside investors. We are Delivery Company dedicated to providing Cannabis Products to Consumers in a environmentally friendly and sustainable way. We are currently looking to hire Delivery Courier Drivers to transport Apotho Therapeutics products to customers throughout Massachusetts from the Dispensary. The successful candidate(s) will be motivated, customer-focused, reliable team player to deliver client orders.
Job Description:
Ensure the safe and secure delivery of Apotho Therapeutics products using the company delivery vehicle to our customers requesting home delivery. Adhere to all required regulations for the transport and delivery of ma*****na products as directed by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission.
Responsibilities:
Makes secure/monitored deliveries from our facilities to Customer Residences customer locations including state authorized laboratories;
Ensures safety practices are used when driving Shine Delivery company vehicles;
Must be a responsible driver at all times which includes no cell phone use while driving;
Must always have your registration as an Delivery Courier agent with you when working and/or in our facilities;
Provides prompt, secure and professional services;
Become familiar with METRC and other POS Services to understand the delivery Manifest;
Maintain proper record keeping for each delivery with multiple manifests and secure signatures to complete the delivery record.
Safe and secure handling of customer received payment during deliveries;
Inspects Shine Delivery vehicles before deliveries ensuring vehicle is safe for deliveries;
Ensure valid inspection sticker and vehicle registration paperwork is up to date and in delivery vehicles;
To fully participate in any trainings required by the Cannabis Control Commission and/or Shine Delivery LLC
Openly communicate any issues with the supervisor/manager;
Perform and participate in additional projects and priorities as needed.
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years old and able to pass a comprehensive background check and possess a clean driving record;
Valid Massachusetts driver’s license is required;
High school diploma or GED;
Must be dependable, professional and confident and be able to follow instructions and respond to management direction;
Must have reliable transportation to and from work;
Ability to be trustworthy and maintain confidential information;
Ability to work under the pressure of constant and changing deadlines.
