One of the best ways to provide yourself with a solid foundation for spiritual wellness is to strengthen the energy field (Qi) and muscles (Li) of your body. When we are physically at ease, it is easier to be internally at ease. The ancient Shaolin monks developed Qigong and Tai Chi to improve their ability to meditate for long periods of time. The roots of these body arts are deeply spiritual in nature and the student is encouraged to consider Daoist philosophy in particular as a way to understand the intention and spirit of these exercises. Classes are taught from a spiritual and wellness based perspective, rather than a martial one, so that you can better utilize your strength and energy throughout your normal day.

Adam Brzozowski started practicing meditation 25 years ago and learned Qigong based energy healing and Taijiquan (Tai Chi) for physical and emotional wellness to support his own healing journey. He organized a Tai Chi club in college to share these skills with others. Adam later trained to be a Reiki Master (Reiki III) and in Mediumship to heal and support the healing journey of others. He also learned how to incorporate crystal based healing methodologies into his practice as well.

Adam’s philosophy is built on unconditional love, inclusivity, and applying the right spiritual techniques together for the best healing results.

Join Bethany for a deeply restorative Full Moon meditation workshop designed to help you settle the body, clear what no longer serves you, and align with your intentions under the light of the full moon.

We’ll open with gentle movement and breathwork to ground into the body, followed by an oracle card pull to set our sacred intention for the evening. From there, we’ll explore our shared Buddha nature before moving into layered mantra and meditation work, beginning with the compassion and wisdom-invoking Buddhist mediation Om Mani Padme Hum, then into the Kundalini meditation for transformation and balance, Sa Ta Na Ma (Kirtan Kriya).

The evening continues with a guided chakra balancing meditation, supported by distance Reiki to invoke connection and peace, and ends with a gentle tapping practice (with the option to work with selenite wands) for an energetic reset.

Crystal work will be woven throughout: clear quartz for the Om Mani Padme Hum meditation, and obsidian for Sa Ta Na Ma.

Crystals are included in your ticket price along with a 15% off coupon to use after class.
