This day I’ll never forget.

I remember being at work and rushing to the small box TV hanging from the ceiling in a small break room before the 2nd plane hit.

We had no idea at the time what was happening. It was so scary. But “get back to work” was the theme.

How do you go back to work after what you witnessed on TV that day.

I was attending night school at DeVry and when I arrived it was being replayed on the break room TV.

I remember being in total shock learning that 4 planes went down that day and thousands of people died yet we had to carry on with life as if nothing happened.

I’ll never forget….
