Didn’t think chicken thighs could hit this hard?

Then let your SmokinTex work its magic: honey, lime, smoke, and patience. That’s it.

That’s the whole secret. One bite and people are asking for the recipe. Here it is.

🍗 SMOKED CHICKEN THIGHS 🔥

Step 1 - Make the marinade:
* 1/4 cup lime juice
* 1/3 cup olive oil
* 1/3 cup honey
* Garlic
* Handful of chopped cilantro
* 1 tbsp paprika
* 1 tbsp cumin
* Salt & pepper

1. Place chicken thighs in a bowl
2. Pour marinade over chicken & coat well, rest a few hours, or overnight
3. Place chicken thighs on smoker rack, and into the smoker they go
4. Add a small handful of wood, we recommend hickory, apple, or pecan
5. Set your to 225º
6. When the thighs reach 170º, remove them from the smoker, and top with fresh marinade

One smoker. Endless possibilities.

Save this before Tuesday hits you unprepared 👇

SMOKED BARBACOA
Phase 1 - First smoke
Cut beef into chunks
Season with SmokinTex beef rub
Insert thermometer into beef cheek
Into the smoker it goes

Phase 2 - The braise
Pull meat off, place into foil bin & add:
2 onions, quartered
3-4 garlic cloves
1 cup peppers in adobo sauce
2 tbsp oregano
2 cups beef stock
Cover with foil
Back into the smoker
Remove & shred all the meat

Build your tacos: White onion - Cilantro - Cotija - Lime - Salsa
