I'm excited about my progress on my repurposed vintage train case! A few weeks back, I posted the beginning stages. I'm finished with the collage and Mod Podge. Next step, wet sanding. That'll tackle all the grooves, bumps, and lines so that the case is perfectly smooth. That's a messy job, but necessary.

It's cold as a dickens out here, but we're still adventuring!
Right outside our door is a hiking trail, and on the left side is a hot tub. I'm happiest when I can explore new places, especially ones within an hour or two!

I've been working on this vintage train case for a couple of years! It feels so good to get my "collage" on. My husband inspires me to get outside my comfort zone, because I'm afraid it won't turn out how I hoped. He also taught me how to get a great 3D image while collaging, thank you my love. I hope everyone finds the courage to push through their creative outlet in the new year.
