Hey everybody! Unitary America is holding another bread giveaway on Saturday, September 19th, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at the Plattsburgh Public Library. Bread and fresh pastries will be distributed as supplies last. If you are in need of food, we encourage you to attend. For any wishing to volunteer, please meet at 10:00 a.m. on the 2nd floor of the library to help with event set-up/ tabling. Spread the word, and let's feed Plattsburgh.

Fourth Fridays - Fall Festival is just around the corner.

We’re excited to bring the community our second downtown event! As we shift into fall, our Fall Festival is the perfect way to welcome a season centered around community, giving, and celebrating all the things we love about this time of year.

📍 Located in the heart of downtown, the festival will feature:

🌮 Local food trucks
📸 Photo booth
✨ And more to come!

This month’s event is proudly in partnership with the Plattsburgh Interfaith Food Shelf. We’ll have a donation box available for non-perishable food items, as well as options to make a cash donation.

Best of all, this is a free community event — a chance to enjoy a little seasonal fun while giving back and supporting our neighbors. ❤️

Our last event was a huge success, and we’re looking forward to making the Fall Festival an even bigger one!

Levels 1, 2, and 3!

1. We will be sitting on the floor so dress comfortably, but chairs will be available for any who prefer.
2. Bring a pillow, meditation cushion, or something to make sitting or lying on the floor more comfortable.
3. Bring a notebook and pen/pencil for journaling after each journey.
4. Please arrive 10 minutes early so you can get settled before the session.
5. Please message me prior to the event to reserve your spot as space is limited. Payment can be made in advance via Venmo (DM me for link).
