2. Must be able to pick up your prize in person at the Champlain Centre Mall Office unless otherwise noted.
3. Winners must be able to produce a valid photo ID in order to pick up their prize.
4. All prizes must be claimed and picked up within one week of winner selection. Failure to claim and pick up the prize will result in the forfeiture of the prize.
5. Certain prizes may be date sensitive and failure to pick up the prize before expiration date will be automatic forfeiture.
6. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. No refunds or exchanges of prizes.
