Recent developments represent a significant step forward for 2nd Amendment freedoms and the future of suppressor regulations. However, as with any government‑driven change, implementation will not happen overnight. Policy adjustments must first be formally issued and then incorporated into ATF regulatory guidance, and that process takes time.

Until those updates are officially published and codified, all FFL and SOT holders must continue operating under current federal requirements. Maintaining full compliance ensures we remain open, lawful, and able to serve our customers without interruption.

We ask for your patience during this transition. As soon as the new rules are clearly defined, consistently applied, and formally recognized by the regulatory body governing our license, Raven 1 Tactical will begin selling suppressors under those updated standards.
