Ride is a full-service cycling store, rider owned and operated. We cater to everyone, from weekend warriors, to elite racers and from fitness enthusiasts to everyone that identifies as "not really a 'cyclist'". Unlike other stores that try and cater just to the elite racers, we focus on the good cycling can do for EVERYONE and have created a store where fixing training-wheels is just as common as

bike-fittings for competitive triathletes. If you enjoy being outside, the thrill of riding and the adventure of the trail or road ahead, we're sure that we can help get you there.

Helmet fit is one of those things that seems simple but makes a huge difference. 🪖👦

A properly fitted helmet should sit level on the head, about two finger widths above the eyebrows, with straps that form a V just below each ear and a buckle snug under the chin. A helmet that tips back or wobbles around is not doing its job.

With kids especially, it's worth checking the fit every season since they grow faster than you'd expect. 😅
