During the pandemic my volunteer work with the Simpson Shelter was put on hold due to Covid-19. I wanted to pick up a new hobby so while adjusting to working remotely I began to teach myself how to make candles after work. As time went on, candles went from a hobby to a passion and I realized I could use it as a business model to help give back to the Simpson Shelter, a 24/7 shelter in place for m

en and women experiencing homelessness in Minneapolis. For every purchase of a Pippin & Pale candle, a percentage of the profits is donated to the Simpson House. Our hope is that by implementing social change and making a positive influence in our community consumers will be inspired to begin initiatives of their own. With your support we can help the greater mission of the Simpson House’s fight to advocate, house, and end homelessness in our community.
