LARAC's 55th Annual June Arts Festival is happening on June 13th and 14th in historic Glens Falls City Park!

Saturday, June 13th: 10am - 5pm
Sunday, June 14th: 10am - 4pm

This two day juried fine arts festival is the largest arts event in the Adirondack Region. Representing over 150 artists from around the country, as well as live music from local musicians all weekend long, Lower Adirondack Regional Arts Council (LARAC) is excited to be bringing this event to Downtown Glens Falls for its 55th year.

Free and open to the public. Rain or shine.

On July 18th, New York’s 3rd Annual Chenango County Lavender Festival takes place as one of the most stunning festivals of the year in Central NY! Held at the Little Farmhouse Lavender farm, this summer event brings visitors to “the hill” in Plymouth for a full day of flowers, food, music, and local shopping from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is $10 and includes a free lavender bunch, while kids under 12 get in free. One of the best parts of the day is walking among the lavender rows, with the sweet scent of lavender in the air and wide farm views all around. The farm has grown to about 6,000 lavender plants with 12 varieties, giving the fields plenty of color and texture. Guests can cut lavender, watch demonstrations, enjoy food trucks, listen to music, and browse local vendors selling handmade goods. The family-run farm also makes small-batch items like lotion, pillow mist, soap, and sachets, using lavender grown right on the property that you can browse during the event!
