🍅 Tomato Time is here at the Valley Farm Community Garden! 🍅

Our gardens are overflowing with ripe tomatoes and other beautiful produce, and we want to make sure those extra veggies don’t go to waste. If you have more than you can use, consider donating your harvest to the Bourne Food Pantry. Every bit can make a difference for neighbors in our community.

The Food Pantry Garden is picked and delivered every Monday morning. You can also have your garden plot picked and donated if you’re unable to harvest it yourself.

Your hard work in the garden can help put fresh, homegrown food on someone’s table. Food insecurity exists right here in Bourne, and together, our gardening community can help.

A drizzle won’t stop us, we’re up and ready for our third annual Monarch Butterfly Day! Our volunteers, speakers and presenters are ready to share the day with you and our orange pollinator friends. Come visit us at the Museums at Aptucxet for a day of celebration and fun from 10am - 3pm. All are welcome, admission is free!

Join us for the 3rd Annual Monarch Butterfly Day on Saturday, August 22, from 10 AM–3 PM at The Museums at Aptucxet (6 Aptucxet Rd., Bourne) for a day of family-friendly fun celebrating monarch butterflies, pollinators, and our local environment! Hosted by Valley Farm Community Garden.

🌱 Calling all Valley Farm Community Gardeners! 🌱

Mark your calendars for the Annual Picnic & Barbeque on Friday, August 7 from 4:30–6:30 PM! Come enjoy burgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs, all the fixin’s, drinks, and chips while connecting with fellow gardeners and sharing your favorite garden stories. 🥕🌻

Bring a favorite side dish, your comfy camp chair, and your beverage of choice. All community gardeners & families are welcome! Please RSVP by August 3 and let Diane or Jean know if you’d like to help with picnic setup. 🌿
