Just finished my Dad’s flag case. Used all reclaimed wood for an aged effect

One side has his stripes and the other his favorite command (SAC) and his favorite assignment

Finishing up this plaque idea i had, I was trying to figure out who could model for me and I know a Coast Guardsmen I asked his parents if I could use as Test subject

Plaque is made of Walnut with the chevrons and emblems cut from cherry wood and hand painted.

The walnut was purchased locally from 14-62 Lumber, LLC.

I’ll be finalizing it when i get home and, of course, will be using Krylon Spray Paint Triple Glaze, the only clear coat V3 Creations will use!
