Good news fellow patriots and pyros!!! It’s FIREWORK season! American Fireworks is now open in Chubbuck. Come visit us at the big red stands in the Pine Ridge Mall parking lot in front of CAL-Ranch, and in the parking lot at Smiths on the corner of Yellowstone and Chubbuck Road.

POCATELLO — Residents of Pocatello and Chubbuck can rest assured that their Fourth of July celebrations this year can feature fireworks — as long as they are inside city limits.

Fireworks are completely legal to light off inside the city limits. Recent press releases by the county and city have been a bit confusing, so here is a map provided by the fire department that shows where you can and cannot light fireworks.
The white indicates areas that are ok to light off fireworks.
The yellow indicates the areas that are prohibited.
