✨💛These last two weeks have been an absolute blessing.

Despite the stresses of vending and the state of the world, the end of September was incredibly kind to me.

I shared so much love with so many wonderful people, and it helped me realize how lucky I am to have all of them in my life.

With Autumn coming into full swing, I'm so excited to see even more fine people on my next adventures, starting tomorrow at the Ohio Bigfoot Jamboree 🫈

✉️New postcards just came in the mail!

This design was inspired by those old UFO "photograph" postcards that I did for The Brass Hand Clintonville a while back.

i've always liked the designs, but the few that I sold at my booth stuck out like sore thumbs, on account of them being my more realistic art style. To remedy that, this will be the first of a set that contains complete reimaginings of the old designs, in my illustrative style, of course. This particular card features the infamous Billy Meier sighting that the X-Files (less-than-legally) used in their original poster!

🍂It's hard to believe that it's already Autumn!

The changing of the seasons makes me want to put on a sweater and get cozy with a good meal and a spooky movie. This Autumn, I would like to match the energy of one of my favorite drawings. I've done for the book, Mothman Learns The Colors. I didn't carve a pumpkin last year, and I aim to change that this time around 🎃

👀For those of you with a keen eye at Matsuricon last weekend, you probably noticed this little scamp at my booth!

That’s right, the latest Fiend of The Forest sticker features a rather wily little guy: the Hopkinsville Goblin! In August of 1955, a hoard of these strange critters reportedly harassed a Kentucky family over the course of an evening.
No one seems to know what exactly they were. Aliens? Spirits? Cryptids? Or maybe something as simple as a group of Owls… Either way, the bulletproof little “goblins” have been theorized to live in the caves under the bluegrass state and have been attributed to multiple “little green men” encounters across the region, including the Loveland Frog encounter, as a bit of rare trivia for you!

The folks behind Frogman have actually been working on a new film, featuring these devious monsters, which I’m quite excited for, and may-or-may-not-have inspired his inclusion for this set 😉
