Some of the gray squash are finally ready!! These are known by several names -- Lebanese Kousa, Calabacita and Mexicana Gray are the most popular.
Denser that zucchini - they hold their shape better in cooking. And even though they grow a full shape, they are not full of large seeds. Also they have a wonderful "nutty" taste. Limited quantities, but we check them & pick daily.

Green beans and zucchini are ready at the store! This batch was grown here just behind the shop. It is our first harvest out of our new garden and we're very happy with the results!

On Sunday Katherine Burritt and Scot Burritt helped deliver and set-up centerpieces and balloons for an afternoon private birthday party. Thank you to Joanne Spellman Bienkowski for the referral. Everyone involved was wonderful to work with.

Busy day today. Turning all these flowers into a large delivery of centerpieces for a 🥳 party tomorrow. Along with 🎈balloons, bud vases and a wrist corsage for the guest of honor.
And of course I have regular work to do, whole chickens & pork cuts to sell, peas and beans from the plantings and a fresh batch of chocolate chip cookies 🍪 --- because we sold out of the others! It's been a great week!

ADDITIONAL: I will share completed centerpiece pictures later and I do LOVE sharing photos of the vans full of flowers for delivery, I don't know why but they just are so fun to me

Whole Chickens are ready! These birds were raised on our pasture enjoying the bugs and dirt and fed on Keystone Mills feed.
UPDATE: They are frozen and available now from our freezers.
