I recently had this DJI Phantom 3 on the bench for some much-needed TLC. After a successful firmware flash, IMU update, and a full precision calibration, this bird is officially flight-ready once again.

Ponca City RC Fanatics LLC is officially leveling up! 🛠️🏎️

To better serve our community and get one step closer to a hobby shop right here in Ponca City, I’ve officially secured professional distribution for the LLC.

What does this mean for you?
It means I now have a direct line to pro-tier parts, tires, and electronics. My goal is to use the shop’s resources to help our members get the best gear without the "big box" headaches or high shipping costs.

The "Technical Hub" Services are OPEN:
Custom Parts Sourcing: Need a specific set of Powerhobby tires, a high-torque servo, or fresh 3S/6S packs? Message me for a Price Check first. I’m bundling shop orders for the fleet and I'm happy to include the parts you need for your next build at a better rate than retail.

I don't just fix what's broken. I aim to make it better than it was before it hit the bench. This Kraton 6S is a perfect example of that. It came in looking pretty rough after an ESC fire took out the electronics and the servo. It had a serious laundry list of issues—scorched guts, bent shock towers, and more loose hardware than I could even count. It definitely needed a ground-up rebuild to get it back to 100%.

The Full Breakdown:
Complete Rebuild: Stripped it down to the plate for a deep clean and inspection.

Electronics: Fresh ESC and servo swap to replace the burnt-out units.

Structural: New shock towers to fix those bends and get the geometry right.

Drivetrain: Full diff service, including earplugging the center diff so that power actually gets put down evenly.

Hardware Audit: Every single screw and nut checked, tightened, and thread-locked.

The "before" was a total mess, but she’s back and tougher than ever now. Swipe through to see the teardown with before and after photos and check below for that maiden backflip to prove this beast is ready for action again.
