There’s nothing fancy about this. No glitz, no glamour—just an old soul with a love for simpler things, pouring her heart and soul into something that means more to her than most will ever know. 🤍

Only God knew the road and the process it would take to bring me to this little Hill. Looking back, I can see that through every season, He wasn’t just preparing this place—He was preparing my heart.

As I work and prepare with rain in the forecast, I’m reminded that the weather doesn’t determine the value of what has already been done. The work has been done. The prayers have been prayed. The love has been poured into every little detail.

Sunshine or rain, I’m thankful for what God has allowed me to build here. And if it rains, I’ll praise Him in the rain, because He has taught me that the outcome was never mine to control—my part was simply to trust Him and keep going.

Good morning from the hill. 🤍

It may be raining, but God is still good, and we’re trusting Him in all things—even the weather. Sometimes the rain is just another reminder that He’s the One in control. 🌧️🙏🏻

Henry and I are headed out this morning to say good morning to our vendors as they begin rolling in and getting ready for Old Time Trade Days. Seeing things start to come together makes my heart so thankful.

Rain or shine, we’re going to enjoy every little moment God gives us here on the hill.
