I added a couple of gorgeous pieces to this reel that I enjoyed admiring while picking today. The owner is keeping them but I still wanted to share because they were stunning. The very old toaster was neat to see as well. Boys enjoyed dove hunting at their club and brought back enough for me to make Dove stew over rice. Sourcing and shopping at the beach. We all enjoyed the weekend, hope you did too.

What an absolutely amazing Vintage Christmas collection. Do you collect Vintage Christmas? I collect Santa mugs (big and mini) and the older Rushton Santas……I have a few blow molds, Putz houses and figurines but this is so fabulous. Friday Finds! After a quick trip locally to walk through a 50% off yard sale, we hit the road to meet my oldest daughter and her college roommate for antiquing and lunch in Amelia, Virginia. The yard sale was worth the trip because I found a crock and Lance Jar. The highlight of my day was getting to see my daughter. I love the day trips we have had together when she is at school. The bonus was to score some fun pieces at Jerry’s Then and Now and Trackside Treasures. Wishing everyone a great and safe weekend.Twice Told Antique Market

This is why I love searching for vintage linens. The stories of how women would make this beautiful things as their hobby and for some of us we are lucky enough to have sentimental attachments to these pieces being passed down to our home. The different variety of making gorgeous lace is fascinating to me. So so pretty!
