RULES AND POLICIES
🟢This is for my new and current customers.
🔵 If you are new to Wicked Graces welcome we are happy to have you!🔴Before shopping I need you to send me your information, which is your email and your shipping address.
🟡 I invoice through PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App. Please let me know which you prefer. I also except cash.
🟣 In order to claim an item

you must comment the corresponding number or description I have given. If you do not comment the number or description and enter an incorrect number or description you will not get to claim. ABSOLUTELY NO WHINING THAT YOU DID NOT GET THE ITEM YOU WANTED.
🟠If you claim items then it is your responsibility to pay for said items. I will not chase you for payment. If I do not receive payment within 72 hours after I invoice you, your items will be restocked.
🟡 Credit or a replacement will be given if an item is defective. Absolutely no cash refund. If an item is delivered and it was damaged during shipping and your package included insurance it is your responsibility to file a claim.
🔵Invoices will go out on Friday and invoices are due upon receipt. If you do not receive an invoice by 5 PM on the Friday following the show please contact me.
⚫️ As for shipping cost I only charge what it cost me to ship. I ship all packages on Mondays only(unless post office is closed on Monday then I will ship out on Tuesday). If you would like for me to hold your box to save you on shipping please Private message me the night of the live show. I have no problem with doing that. (In this case your invoice will not include shipping until your box is full and ready to be shipped.)
🟣Pickup days will be posted on sight. If by chance you absolutely need your items I can place in tote on carport. Private message me.
🟣🔵🟢🟡Absolutely The Most Important rule is for each and every one of you to have fun and enjoy this our Emporium as much as we do!!! And last but not least I will not tolerate any disrespect to me or my business partners, or any of my customers you will be banned without notice or explanation!!!🟡🟢🔵🟣
