Many thanks and congratulations to https://www.facebook.com/adksolstice and all the people
who made the Fairy & Magickal Creatures Festival such a success!

I had a great time and the weather was perfect. It was a ton of fun and a wonderful welcoming and inclusive event!

I highly recommend that you all consider attending next year's gathering.

The highlight of my day was bartering a plush Champ to a young lad in exchange for his impromptu song about Champ- while wearing the Champ hat, of course. The dance moves were what really sold the performance. He then convinced his companion to sing a sea shanty in exchange a an 1882 Champ button! Champ does love a good sea shanty- how could I say no?!

Congratulations to The Ticonderoga Montcalm Street Partnership www.timainstreet.org and Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce for the success of this year's Street Fest.

Your top-notch planning and organization for the event paid off, and the results were fantastic!

Vendor setup went smoothly, the crowds were happy, the weather was wonderful, and the entertainment was top notch. It was a perfect day.

Home of Champ was glad to be a part of the celebration!

Champ lovers will be heartened to hear that by the end of the day, there were six new Official Champ Scouts ready to keep watching the lake! They all seemed to take their responsibility seriously.

Below are two videos, as seen from inside the Home of Champ tent.

A warm thank you to everyone who patronized this weekend’s pop up shop.

It is always a pleasure to meet folks in person, and a great source of pleasure when you share your Champ sightings with me!

Due to this mornings high winds I am postponing the pop up shop. I am now aiming for 11am, or sooner if the tent will stay on the ground, lol.
