As you all have noticed, I haven’t been opening shop early mornings for a few days now, I am debating on some changes and thinking new ideas for the shop as we go into our third year of business, as for now I have listed our hours on google as (temporarily closed) but we will be open different hours of the days to see what works best as we go into slow season. Due to this side of town having no electricity, our opening will be delayed today, we will update when we open shop! shop open till 3pm

Well the bait shop is dry again! For those who went by to locked doors these last days we got a lot of water intrusion from the rain. All clean and dry now, However, we will be opening shop tomorrow at about 10AM. We don’t have any fresh mullet but should have live shrimp by that hour. Thanks for understanding our situation. Good morning! TGIF! Heading out fishing today? We are currently bagging last nights fresh mullet catch! Great for redfish! We also have plenty of Live Shrimp on hand, AND we just got In restock of some awesome TNT lures! Have a great day out on the Water!

Finally got some nice medium mullet for the morning! Live shrimp as well! Man today was brutally hot…. Water temps are crazy in the shallows right now and don’t even get me started on walking on sand barefoot…. Stay hydrated everyone see ya’ll in the morning 🐟 🎣 🐠 🎣‼️💯

At the moment we only have one employee / helper at the shop and he is currently feeling very ill at the moment, we will be closing early today as I myself head out to restock on live/ fresh bait for the weekend thanks for understanding everyone!

ATTENTION ‼️‼️ as you all know I (Aj) have been a Bait dealer here in port Isabel for several years, and since 3 years ago ive opened my own bait shop here in port Isabel while still doing wholesale bait to other local bait and tackle shops in the valley, well, not once but twice now, I’ve gotten interesting calls from certain bait shops notifying me about someone using MY NAME (Aj) or even from my bait shop trying to sell them bait saying it’s coming from me or that they are affiliated with me or my business. Ive worked extremely hard over 15 years building a name for myself in the fishing bait business for someone to just make sales off of my name. If ANYONE Has any information of such person please notify me. Any and all bait from me or my business to ANYONE or any other local Bait and tackle store is coming DIRECTLY from me. If you’re not dealing with me DIRECTLY, your buying from someone else who Is not me or affiliated with me.
