Hi everyone! 2020 is looking to be a better year for our company. The entire year of 2019 was spent trying to get our floating oyster cages to survive the big and nasty waves of the Delaware Bay. I think we have this figured out so this year we are actually going to get oysters in the water! These oysters should be ready for market in 2021. In the meantime, we are tying to build a white shrimp business on the bay. I will post some pictures of the shrimp as they show up in our nets. If you are interested in wild, hand caught shrimp, drop us a line! Stay safe and healthy,

Hi everyone! Been a long road getting the business up and running, but we are almost there. Boat is in the shop and should be done this week, our commercial fisheries has come through and we should be getting our business loan this week, and our floating oyster cages will be ready 2 weeks after we place the order for the gear. Waiting is hard, but if things continue as they are we should have a crop of about 20,000 oysters this fall! Thanks for your support and we will keep you updated.
