The carousel has brought us years of wonderful memories, joyful celebrations, and countless smiles from little ones who couldn’t wait for a ride. ❤️🎠

Today, as it heads to its new home, we’re feeling a little sentimental. While it’s bittersweet to say goodbye, we’re excited knowing it will continue creating special memories for another family and community.

Thank you for being part of its story. Here’s to all the memories it gave us—and all the new ones still to come.

With the unusually high temperatures this week, we’ve made the decision to temporarily shorten our store hours.

As many of you know, Josephine’s Mercantile is housed in a beautiful 75-year-old building with no air conditioning and very little ventilation. To help keep both our staff and customers safe and comfortable during the hottest part of the day, we’ll be closing a little earlier.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate this heat wave. The safety and well-being of our team and community always come first.
