We love creating and teaching all of you! Next week we have 3 opportunities for you to learn a new skill.

Our craft club is Thursday, August 13 at 6pm or Friday, August 14 at 10am and we will be learning how to make these amazing bag charms. This is a great way to learn how to make jewelry in a fun way. They are perfect for purses or if you have kids a great addition to their backpack they will be carrying when they go back to school.

Our other opportunity allows you to pamper yourself with our bath bomb, sugar scrub and bath salts workshop on Saturday, August 15. Learn how to make all 3 and be able to continue to make them. Learn how different oils and herbs provide different ways to unwind.

There is nothing quite like baking with flour that's milled just for you. Every order is freshly milled to help preserve its incredible flavor, freshness, and natural goodness. Currently available in Soft White Wheat Flour

This week, there won't be any fresh sourdough at Anchored Vessel. 😞

Our baker (and co-owner), Emily, has the incredible opportunity to attend leadership training with the Air National Guard this week, and we couldn't be more proud of her!

While we'll definitely miss the smell of fresh bread coming out of the oven, we're cheering her on as she grows both personally and professionally while serving our country.

Last week I went to Hunting Island to enjoy the sounds of the ocean and just try to slow down. I was walking down the beach face down looking for all the cool things the beach washes up - shells, shark teeth, sponges and all the other mysteries of the ocean. I was praying to God about a lot of things and He was speaking and sharing so many things when He told me to stop and look up. I looked up and saw all the beauty of the beach with the lighthouse popping out and what I heard was sometimes we just need to STOP, lift our heads up and focus on Him to shine the light on our path.

This week take a moment to STOP and lift your head from all the busyness of life and focus on God so He can shine His light on your path He has for you.

We're excited to settle into our new core hours!

🕙 Wednesday, Friday & Saturday | 10 AM – 4 PM

As Anchored Vessel continues to grow, we're intentionally focusing on building community both inside and outside our shop. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, you'll often find us out in the community hosting private workshops, partnering with local organizations, and bringing creativity to others. Our core shop hours allow us to serve our community in new ways while continuing to offer workshops, wholesome foods, and a welcoming place to gather.

Today marks one year since we purchased our little shop. What an incredible journey it has been! We've laughed, learned, grown, met so many amazing people, and watched Anchored Vessel become more than just a store—it has become a place for community, creativity, and connection.

We couldn't have made it through this first year without your support. Whether you've shopped with us, attended a workshop, shared a post, or simply encouraged us along the way, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️
