You don’t need the perfect thing to say.

Five simple ways to support someone after pregnancy loss:

1. Say something.
“I’m thinking about you” is enough.

2. Remember their baby.
Their loss doesn’t disappear just because time has passed.

3. Don’t try to find the silver lining.
Sometimes there isn’t one.

4. Keep checking in.
Grief doesn’t follow a timeline.

5. Let them lead.
Some days they may want to talk. Some days they may not.

If you know someone who has experienced a loss, send them a text today.

You don’t have to fix it. Just let them know you’re there. 🤍

My workshops are beginner-friendly, and I provide all of the supplies and walk you through the project step-by-step so everyone leaves with a finished piece.
