nos. There is NEVER ANY PRESSURE to buy something at an appointment! There are NO COMMISSIONS here, and we are wholly committed to uniting the right piano with the right person. You can have as much –or as little– of our attention as you want while you are visiting, and you can have as many visits as you want. We are here to help in whatever way works best for you! Walk-ins for home pianos can sometimes accommodated, as long as we are not currently helping another party. Just call from outside, and we will do our best to get you in as soon as possible– if the showroom is free. To avoid disappointment if we are booked, we do recommend scheduling an appointment in advance.

We often have people ask us why a regular moving company shouldn't do a piano move. The easiest answer is that we have seen many pianos damaged from doing so. Moving pianos is a special skill (seen in these photos posted by Yamaha Pianos). There is a lot of training that goes into a piano move that most moving companies don't offer. That is why we always recommend having professional piano movers to safely get your piano in and out of your home.
