The valley has its own pace.

Sibundoy sits tucked into the southern Colombian highlands, home to the Inga and Kamsá peoples, whose jajañ - traditional garden plots - hold plant varieties found nowhere else. Corn grows up to fifteen feet here. Its stalksbecome scafolding for the bean vines.
